Looking for suggestions on muffler and high flow cat that will meet ETR sound requirements. Plan on replacing OEM cat and muffler with high flow cat and low back pressure muffler. Know that other members have solved this problem, looking for suggestions so don't reinvent the wheel.

Now that 2017 is in the book what upgrades are folks planning for 2018?

For me the plan is to: 1. Put car and driver on weight loss program. Combined total for car and driver of about 75 lbs. Car light wt. battery, lighter seats, and lighter cat. and muffler. 2. Stiffer sway bar both front and rear of car. Think I have figured out way to significantly increase front swa...

Re: **DRAGCROSS REGISTRATION**

Confessions of a skeptic. I was skeptical of the format for the Dragcross based on reading the rules but I was wrong. I signed up just to help make the field and wound up having a great time and walking away with some money. JY you were wright. "After a great weekend of racing the drag cross was a s...

Re: Regional 8 After-Action Discussion

Another great course at Bristol. Had lots of fun, though still not fast, but working on it.

Worked corner 3 with couple of guys from Chatt. region. They had great time and said they would be back to BMS.

Re: wheel questions for D-street

Have you tried CCW? They make 2 & 3 piece wheels with 5 X 120 bolt pattern. I have set ordered for my Porsche 911, it has 5 X 120 bolt pattern. The race version of their classic wheel is drilled to lighten both center and rim. Takes about 2 lb per wheel off. Will likely get you close to your target.

Re: 2012 ETR Autocross School

My daughter and I had planned on driving my 87 Porsche 911 tomorrow, but I discovered late this afternoon that the alternator is not working correctly. Out put is low at mid to high rpm. Both battery and alternator are new.

Will be driving Audi Avant instead if that is OK.

Re: Alignment shop in Kingsport area

I went to Yankee Bee last time and they are good, especially with more traditional cars but it was clear they have no experience with older Porsche 911s. I had to call my mechanic and get him on the phone with them so they could figure out how to align the rear. Was looking with someone with more ex...
