Re: June 23 Evo School info and a special request for June 24 local

David is welcome to drive my Porsche 911 if he wants a vintage drive, no ABS or power steering. Would like to see how well the car compares with someone who can actually drive.

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

Have you considered the Cadillac CTS with manual transmission.
A friend bought one several years ago to replace his corvette daily driver and loved it. I was a nice ride but gas millage was not great.

I'm registered. Need seat time since last suspension update, and it is a good way to get lots of seat time in a day.

Re: Dragcross!!

I see for the dial in we will get 3 runs for dial in. That works fine for all of the pro drivers. Last year if i remember correctly we got 5 runs for dial in. For the no pro-drives that is not insignificant. Last year I made the finals and i am sure that having 5 runs for dial in was critical for ma...

Re: Now that 2017 is in the book what upgrades are folks planning for 2018?

Upgraded front sway bar is installed. OEM sway bar rate was approx. 88 in/lbs at wheel. New sway bar is approx. 434 in/lbs at wheel. First event will be interesting. Brake line bleed. Tomorrow install light wt. battery, and new lighter seats. Still need to find someone who can weld in support bracke...

Looking for suggestions on muffler and high flow cat that will meet ETR sound requirements. Plan on replacing OEM cat and muffler with high flow cat and low back pressure muffler. Know that other members have solved this problem, looking for suggestions so don't reinvent the wheel.

Now that 2017 is in the book what upgrades are folks planning for 2018?

For me the plan is to: 1. Put car and driver on weight loss program. Combined total for car and driver of about 75 lbs. Car light wt. battery, lighter seats, and lighter cat. and muffler. 2. Stiffer sway bar both front and rear of car. Think I have figured out way to significantly increase front swa...

Confessions of a skeptic. I was skeptical of the format for the Dragcross based on reading the rules but I was wrong. I signed up just to help make the field and wound up having a great time and walking away with some money. JY you were wright. "After a great weekend of racing the drag cross wa...
