Re: formula for gearing??

where from? Mine has some kind of "crunchy" noise in my shifter anyway.. I got it straight from Bartonshifters.com. They had just finished running a 10% off special but I sent him a message thru the forum and he took it off anyhow. Check mine out this weekend and see what you think. Sent from my SM...

Re: formula for gearing??

I don't know how you feel about the stock shifter John but I swapped mine out for a Barton. It got rid of a lot of slop and is a lot firmer and easier to feel what gear your going to. It's got a fairly stiff centering spring that lines it right up for the 3 shift. Sent from my SM-S975L using Tapatalk

Re: formula for gearing??

I think 3K may be a tad low. I've noticed it really doesn't start pulling hard until somewhere around 3500-4000. But we're not talking much there so I think we may lose less that way than falling flat on the limiter for a second or so. What if we were to go the other way with a 4.10 diff? Sent from ...

Re: Great Job Paul ! #9

I agree the new PA system was great! Could hear your announcements easily while walking the course before the event. One suggestion I would make though....is it possible to get a wireless speaker with the system? We would have benefited by having one up top while we were running. The people watching...

Re: Tri-Cities Potential Spots

We took a ride thru the mall parking lot and while the front lot is probably big enough there's lots of cracks with seam sealer and weeds growing thru making it bumpy. I'd say it's a small step above East Towne Mall.

I'll be up there this week for the races. We'll take a drive thru and look at the condition.

Re: Regional 8 After-Action Discussion

I don't think it's putting all of our eggs in one basket if we're filling in a lost event with another venue. I think it's good that we have the ability to do that.
