ETR Vintage Video

Found these on my hard drive while cleaning up... thought some of you (other) old guys might get a kick out of 'em:

I didn't create/edit the videos, just rediscovered them. Looks like Chris Greer is probably the one who made them.

Re: Trailer rental

Just curious.... what were they doing? You pretty much just hook a septic drain line up, open the valve on the camper, and let it drain out, right?

Forum & TapaTalk Upgrade

I just upgraded the forum software to the latest version as well as the TapaTalk plugin. Please let me know if you see any issues. Also, it looks like the latest version of the TapaTalk plugin won't let me disable ads anymore (only in the TapaTalk app... shouldn't see any from a browser). I can't sa...

Re: Are you using data and video?

We should set up some sort of cloud sharing group or something... I haven't looked into how it works yet.

Re: Are you using data and video?

So it doesn't seem like folks are getting a lot on their runs alone? That'd be my primary short term objective. Look at run #1, look at run #2, and put together a plan for run #3. You get more from two drivers, but SoloStorm will show you where you lost time between two runs, so you can look at tho...

Re: Are you using data and video?

I ran data and video on all the runs Cathers and I took. Initially it was obvious that the biggest difference was that he used a lot more throttle than me. I tried concentrating on that and improved a little (and spun a lot) but I learned that it was more about car position... he positions the car w...

4 Hoosier A7 205/50-15 Tires $60

4 Hoosier A7 205/50-15 tires. They’ve been stored well and are still soft. Three are dated ‘14 and the other ‘15. Plenty of meat left on the shoulders (see pic of the round wear indicator). Would be fun for a local autocross or dragon run, just don’t get caught in the rain [emoji6]. https://uploads....

Wheel Weight Opinions

I found a vendor that buys the Forgestar components, assembles/machines them in house and then does their own coating. They’re telling me they can guarantee them to be true... so I might try that again :-/

I didn’t realIze there were several different places “making” them.

Wheel Weight Opinions

I'm researching a new set of 18" wheels for the C6Z in AS (needed to run the available Rival sizes). I'm trying to avoid buying Forgestars again as I was supremely unimpressed with the build quality on the last set I had. However, I'm also trying not to spend $4500 on a set of wheels. It's hard to f...
