This fits in with my usual summer trip back to Knoxville, so I can probably work the entire event. Of course, now Shana will pick next summer to go to Hawaii instead...

I used to design storage systems and communication libraries for supercomputers (with a side of managing large amounts of neutron scattering data), but now I help design various things that go in warehouse-scale computers.

As you've no doubt noticed, maintenance has completed; please let me or disney7 know if you see problems.

The server hosting the forums will be affected by a maintenance window at our hosting site. From 3pm to 5pm on Saturday, March 7th, 2015, you may not be able to reach the forums. It is not expected that we will be down the entire 2 hours, but we don't know when (or how long) we'll be down.

I'm so glad you guys decided to add this event! It was great to see everyone, and nice to have one last Sunday competing with friends before my move -- and what a way to go out: beautiful weather and a fun course!

I'll try to make sure Shana doesn't make plans for me Sunday evening, but no promises on an engaging conversation -- too much water in my ears!

I'll be there, put me where you need me; happy to chase cones.

If you tried to register over the past two days, please check that your entry is still there -- there was some issues with the migration of the registration system, but should be good to go now.

We should be in the clear, let me know if you see something amiss.

I'll be resizing our virtual server and updating the OS over the weekend, so there may be spot outages. Most of the effort will be after 11pm EDT, but may happen during other hours depending on how it goes.

Timing, or wherever needed.

I'll be there, so can do timing/registration/whatever is needed.

Will talk to Disney, but I plan to be at the event and handle the computers.
