Re: Peru Champ Tour

Somewhat exploring the possibility of doing spring nats, then working remotely Tues/Weds/Thurs somewhere between Lincoln and Peru, then doing the Peru Tour.

Re: Looking for a car

For a daily driver, I'd probably be in the Mustang camp. Newer, back seat, plenty fast, plenty capable.

Re: Bruce Bellom

Yeah. He co-drove with Curt.

I don't know how many times I ran against him, but he was in an HS Mini around when I was running my Mazda 3 in HS. He was a staple as an announcer at different national events, too.

Re: March 7th check in

I might be there. If so, I am glad to registration if needed (don't want to step on toes of those that have been doing it) or help with tech. Timing as well, but that would be my 3rd preference. Re: World Championship Autocross...

Tight turns and big acceleration zones. I didn't look at anyone's in car, but I bet it has some really small numbers on there, too. I mean, the course had a 180 with the next gate forcing a tight exit.

Re: World Championship Autocross...

I had the live stream up for a while. Course looked tight and bumpy. Video production was nice, but the drone thing didn't work. I think the announcer needs a little more info. It got better, but when I first tuned in, they really weren't giving times or standings. As far as competition, it seems li...

Honestly, I think I like the PS1 concept. I'm just a fair weather autocrosser during global pandemics. :)

Watching the weather. Will sign up last minute if it is nice (and we have the event). I'm not going to stand in a November rain to run bump.

Re: Bristol fall champ tour

I really enjoyed the courses. I was really excited about the Saturday course walking it. Then when I was out on course first heat, it looked a lot tighter than I anticipated. But it was really good. I wish I had attacked my 3 runs differently. Sunday's course walked too open for my tastes, but it wa...
