FS: 1987 Acura Legend - $1000 Great for LeMons or Chump

Long time no post. Things have changed and I cannot afford to finish the build at this time, so I have decided to sell the car. We've been doing the Dave Ramsey plan and we're almost done, so I have decided to sell the car to pay off the last of my wife's student loans. The car still sits as it last...

Tax rate for TN for both new and used is 7% of the purchase price before tag and title fees.

Subaru Mechanic/Shop

Hey everyone, my Dad just moved over to Knoxville and is looking for a reputable Subaru mechanic/shop. Where do you guys recommend? Its been years since I've owned a Subaru so I am out of the game. He needs to get his spark plugs changed in his 2010 Outback.

Thanks,
Steven

Re: 24 Hours of Lemons/Chump Car driver/teammate wanted

Well the previous owner was in need of cash, so I lucked out.

The car has a valve cover leak; just needs new gasket I think. And pretty much the entire front suspension needs replaced.

24 Hours of Lemons/Chump Car driver/teammate wanted

I am building a 1987 Acura Legend Coupe to compete in 24 Hours of Lemons and Chump Car, and I have one spot left to fill in the team. My father-in-law and brother-in-law both race late model dirt track cars as well as dirt track karting. My Father-in-law is an aircraft mechanic and is great with eng...

Re: Long time no see... need help

Thanks for the responses everyone.

And a big thank you to Gary for the help. I drove to his house and used a bigger breaker bar and a cheater pipe, and it worked! I'm going to finish the job tomorrow.
