Mobil 1 5w30 extended performance with a mobil 1 filter for street and autox. Mobil 1 15w50 for track. This is going by Katech's recommendation for LS series engines. I use Amsoil 5 w 30 and OEM Honda filters.... do all the rest of you agree on switching to 15w30 for track use... I used most of 1 q...
