^ It's all good... We got a few minutes to rest and catch up on the suffering in the heat! This was my second time, and was even better than the first because I had some idea of what to do! Can't wait to do it again! :D

PSTCC Schedule?

Just a thought, but when will the schedule for events for Pellissippi be on the web site? If I remember correctly, we started at 12:30 PM last time. It'd be nice to have a schedule up to know exactly when to be there (I shoed up at 10AM last time).

Your car will have a hard time competing on the upper levels of either class. Really, the decision comes down to budget and mods you want to do, IMO. ST will keep your costs down some since you are limited on what you can do. SP opens up a whole other can of worms and you can spend a LOT of money i...

DSP or STS?

I'm about to make some magnetic numbers before this weekend and am reconsidering my car classification. I'm in the Novice class and ran STS last time at Pellissippi. My mods include front strut tower bar, modified air filter holder (half the cover sliced off for more air), Eibach Pro Kit (1.3F/1.0R)...

Chris and I are staying at the Comfort in on Wanamaker. It is $72. I don't like Motel 6. You guys be sure and take your black light. I'll second that one. I stayed at a M6 once and my non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray and their were dark red/brown spots on the bed and in other places... :sho...

Check out General Exclaim UHP's... On the Maxima forum I frequent, they've been getting good reviews and will be the next tire I buy for DD (235/40/18). Link

I've heard Nexen's are alright for the price, but I believe you can do better for the same amount of $$$>

Cost is $25 for non-members, $15 for members, and the first event is free for new members (not renewing or lapsed old members). If you do want to join, we encourage you to do that on-line at http://www.scca.com/Join/Index.asp?reference=moreinfo As far as your car being competitive -- it certainly c...

I want to start off by thanking everyone out there today! It was my first, and a hell of a lot of fun! Everyone was friendly and made it that much better! Of course, the weather didn't do anyone any favors. :D Regardless, I learned alot during my 6 runs, especially after JD jumped in the passenger s...

Yeah, my tires are nowhere near that! I'll either use the 18's or the 16's... Both sets barely have any tread, but the 18's are wider and grip much better.
