This doesn't answer the legality question, but may help in understanding what colder plugs would do.

RX-8. The Talon will be back out again, probably in ESP but I need a break from it and it probably needs a break as well.

Re: Registration Open for Nov 1st Event

You guys have fun without me. I'll be on planes bouncing around the globe to China all day Sunday  Good luck with that! Seriously, be careful and have fun!. If I make it for this one, I will be in a POS Eclipse :(, actually now that I think about it, it would probably not pass tech. Maybe I w...

Re: November Fastrack

According to PAX, the Miata is faster. I bet you'll start to see a lot more RX8's in STX. I guess it's one of those GS is faster than DS by PAX deals. BS and CS ran on different days at Nationals, but BS was definitely faster. Was the weather kinda the same on all days? I would hope the RX-8 stays ...

Re: Good event JB

Do you mean you filled the differential with 90w oil or you took the viscous unit out of the differential and filled it with oil? I'm sure it's a similar unit to the one in the Talon and I know those are not repairable.
When the ones I have dealt with go bad, they just turn into an open differential.

Re: WTB: RX-7 wheels

Thanks, but the only other wheel size that would be an option would be 15x7. Doesn't the FC have a different bolt pattern?

WTB: RX-7 wheels

This is a long shot, but it's worth a try. 4x110, 13x7. I already have several sets of steel, so I'm looking for some aluminum ones.

Re: Tires needed

I went down to the crawl space and looked before heading out to work today. I only have the following in a 16" wheel for sale: Two (2) 245/45/16 Hoosier A6s - grooves still visible, but tires have been used some. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Hoosier&tireModel=A6&par...

Re: Trailer Tires

I'm aware of the dry-rot issue. I'm more concerned with them not blowing down the interstate, but that's probably more of a proper maintenance issue.

I need something in the 185-205/14 range. It can't be much more than 26" in diameter either.
Thanks.
