Re: RX-8 and such....

Too many cars and this one is too nice to sit all week and gets too poor fuel mileage to drive all week.

Re: RX-8 and such....

From what I recall, there isn't much difference weight wise between the base and the sport. Any higher package will have a sunroof. I think the 06's also gained some weight. I've also heard but don't know that they had a lot of issues worked out with the 05's. Of course I may be a little biased sinc...

WTB: 6.5 Diesel Exhaust Manifold

I am having no luck finding one of these, so if anyone knows where a parts truck/engine is let me know. I need one for the drivers side. Can be from a turbo or non turbo truck 1995 and older. Needs to be from a truck. The vans and hummers used a different manifold.

FS: Stock RX8 Wheels

Complete set of stock 18x8 wheels. They have a fair amount of curb rash and I only used them for autox. May also make a good set of winter wheels. When I got my tires mounted they told me one was slightly warped, but I could never notice it at autox speeds. $250

Re: Questions for the RX8 Experts

I don't remember all the details, but when I was looking for mine I decided to avoid the 04s. It seemed like most of the issues were worked out by 05. Maybe with the new engine comes all the fixes. I've put about 20k miles on mine in a year and a half with no problems. I mostly just looked for one t...
