Re: Event 4 Chief Check In

In the same boat, i most likely wont attend unless i can hop in a car with someone. In the event we dont have enough SSS's, i am willing to come up and do safety for at least one of the heats if it means someone would have to sit out and not run.

Re: Anybody going to Bristol next week that could potentially help me with getting a car and some parts there?

I have someone that expressed interest in the Spyder and meeting at Bristol would save 2 hours off their trip. And they could presumably run the event. If this were to come true, I need some combination of car hauled/parts hauled/car driven/codrive offered/trailer loaned/ride back to knoxville. :lo...

The flywheel is allowed in Street Prepared, Prepared, or Modified. We also have a local class called STMthat allows you to do nearly anything you want as long as your tires are 140tw or higher.

I probably wont be there unless i can bum a ride.
Do we have other safety stewards coming?
Not sure, i havent looked at the entry list. Worse comes to worse, i can come and do safety if that means having the event or not.

Re: Car Class

Most likely it's in HS (H-Street). As far as numbers/letters, choose a color that contrasts well with the color of the car. Most use blue painters tape, which is fine, assuming the letters/numbers are the minimum heights

Ryan, if you wanted to try some CAM-C co-drives.. Im sure we can work out the details.
 Im not sure how much local autox ill be doing this year either, so this sounds pretty good to me, as the big red shittbox isnt a priority
