We used to run at the big lot between the two. The neighbors called the school and ran us off.

Hmm, some interesting ideas on there but I don't think some of them are quite legal for stock or SP. The torque spec on the VW was something like 40 ft-lbs which is NOT enough. The problem with the early VW's is they use an eccentric which means they grind 1/3 of the threads off the bolt so the ecce...

Sometimes there are a few that go. I'm probably out for the after-race festivities. I think I will be mowing grass.

Ted Russell Ford on Parkside Drive in west Knoxville is motorsports friendly. They guy putting on the event on Sunday is the Service Manager there. I hear he knows something about Mustangs.

Matlock gets the thumbs up from me, too.

Do you need just a few strips or boxes of them? Any good local tire shop would probably sell a few strips of them to you.

Uhh, that depends on the tire. Azenis MIGHT be ok with that but you really can't do that on a Hoosier and I wouldn't be surprised if you can't do it on a V710.

I think I saw one near the back on at the Volvo dealer lot on Parkside when I passed by there today on the interstate. You might go by and take a look.

Pros... Toyota reliability ha! I've owned my share of Toyotas. I now drive VWs. Does that tell you what I think of Toyota reliability? Actually, I don't really think they are any better or worse than anything else out there. They all have their issues. Toyotas are just really expensive to fi...
