I could grab a book and a welder and figure it out, but I say it's better to learn it right the first time. qu...

Air pressure affects the stability of the tire carcass, and the tire spring rate. Higher means more rigid/stable carcass and a higher tire spring rate. I know more about the road racing applications on a mustang. In American Sedan, they are limited to a factory 16x8 rim. Most run a 275/45-16 or 255/...

I’ve looked into the MS system A LOT. Factory VW systems can royally piss you off at times. Bosch is German for Lucas. For a stand alone fuel injection system, MS is the cheapest. If you already have the harness for the Ford fuel system to go with the engine you are going to use and it will provide ...

I think you saw R3S03.. not 04’s on special. I’ve been running used Road race the last few years cause the price was right. They do have a little less grip than the Autocross compound but R’s will last longer. I don’t know of anyone who has run a 710/R3S03 split so can’t really say how it would be. ...

heatsoak?? you should try a Diesel TDi VW with 18 psi sustained and 21 PSI peak with a 42 square inch intercooler fed by an 18 square inch opening in the bumper. Dana bailed out of the passenger seat after 3 runs when she said.. "OK, it's not fun any more. You can drive by yourself. What happen...

How abusive does the pavement look? If it gets cleaned, how hungry for tire rubber do you think it will be? I know, the tire guy worried about tire wear.
