I did it with the throttle body on. I'd leave it on, otherwise you'd probably want to replace the throttle body/intake manifold gasket as well. Personally, I'd bypass those coolant lines. +1 on Tire Barn. I got a set of BFGs there with their equivalent of Road Hazard for a couple dollars more than Tire Rack would've been, not counting the mount/balance. Seems like a good group of people.
