Re: TIRES
Are you switching to RS3's this year Chris? I still haven't completely made my mind up.

Re: 2015 EVENTS AND SITES
I think Sean was talking about the actual 2 day events later in the year. I thought the people who came to both days paid less. Or maybe it was the same price for 1 day or both days.

Price break for people who come both days.
Re: TIRES
That might just be the catalyst for another set of wheels
You'd have to stretch them a little to fit on 10's wouldn't you?

Re: TIRES
Pretty sure they're 8. I haven't had any problems with the 245's. Do you think the extra 10mm would be an issue? You can look at the 245's and tell they're definitely a little wide but not too bad.
Re: TIRES
Yes. I'm still running stock wheels though. I think I can still pull off the 255's with them.Chuck629 wrote:I'm impressed you can fit that much tire under a Golf. What about wheels. LImited to 9's in STX?

Re: TIRES
I'm currently running 245/40/18 Rivals and I'm thinking about trying 255/35/18 RS3's but I'm not sure they'll fit my Mk6. Anyone know? That's not a huge difference. Is there something in particular that makes you think it will be a problem? Just the increased width rubbing since I don't have much c...

Re: Peloquin LSD
Supposedly it was taken from a Mk6 that was rear-ended. Here's the link:

Anyone have any experience with these? I'm thinking about putting on in if I can find one for a reasonable price. There's on on VWVortex for ~ $700. I thought that was pretty good considering new they're about $1,400.

I guess I could pass for a very washed up James Bond after sitting on his rear end for a couple yearsRxCritical wrote:I think formal attire would be appropriate. Along the style of James Bond at a ball.
