Re: Class for 1969 camaro
We do have a sound policy and if the car is over 96db, you have to get it below that as we don't want to loose the site.

I will look this evening, but if you are talking about what plugs into the timer box from the start/finish lights they are female. I will take a picture and text it to you Scott.

3.73 gears
Getting 3.73 gears put in the GT500 tomorrow night and I hope it gives me the help that Mark thinks it will. It shouldn't be much less in second gear than the 3.55 gear was, as the guys with the 3.73 gear say they are about 82-84 mph top speed in second gear at 7400 rpm's. That with the lighter roto...

Re: Need experienced timing volunteers
We also need to keep in mind that by what Chris thinks will fix timing we have created a problem for the finish lights and for the display because we either have to go above the cars or let them run over the cables at speeds of 45-75 mph or run two very long cables all the way around the course and ...

Re: Need experienced timing volunteers
So a list with car numbers with codrivers and the order they are going to the line would not help, but a visual of the same thing does? I have not run timing but if a car goes by and you don't catch the number for some reason what do you do?

Re: Need experienced timing volunteers
Here's a thought, give timing a list of grid spots with each car and number and where the break is and we send the cars by the grid spot number and if we have a rerun then grid radios timing that so and so number 00 will be going for a rerun in front of grid spot 12.
Re: Peru tour
I don't know what the difference was, but the sound and pitch of the motor was different from Saturday to Sunday and it might have been due to maybe bad gas that you put in it or water in the gas, but the sound was different.
Re: Peru tour
Steve I have been paying attention and been to more tours the last two years than any body else from etr except LIN and JB and I have also been to many other big lots such as zmax. What is really a wow to me is how fast the other hondas have become and you still wonder or say they are just that good...
Re: Peru tour
I'm not in sts, but the last few events several sts cars were running way faster times than ever before as far as how close those cars were getting to the times of ssr and esp. Unless some one developed some big new thing than I do wonder just how they got that fast all of a sudden? The competitors ...
