I'd like to have some of these. Most of my customers are car enthusiasts and I tell a lot of them about it.

Serpentine Belt Alignment

Anybody know of some way to check the alignment of a serpentine belt? None of the pulleys feel like they have any play in them. The only thing that is adjustable forward and backward is the alternator by way of shims. It may have been off by .08 or so but the only way I have to measure it is my eyeb...

And you can "wrestle" with other men. Oh wait, you drive a Mustang, not a Miata. :)

Re: ETR#2 - Romancing the cone!!

If you weren't there, you missed a great event! 6 runs and done around 5pm. Great job to all the workers for everything working so smoothly! If you left some stuff in grid, Chasity probably has it. Let me know what you are missing. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk I left my toolbox, coat, coole...

Re: Evolution Driving School

The phase 2 was awesome as well. Conditions were less than perfect. Cones were so cold and hard that I put a small crack in the front splitter. It's repairable with some heat and touch up paint though. https://scontent-atl3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-0/s640x640/17264911_10212684216169992_335417653509653...

Hey Ryan, are you going to do a full season this year? I'm deciding on where to go when it's time for new tires.

What he said. I'm all about first timers, happy to ride along or give rides to anyone. Just no fisting action for me. I'm not judging you though. :)

Re: car trailer alignment?

There's really not anything adjustable on trailer axles. A new idler axle assembly is $200 and a brake axle is $300. This is completely assembled with new leaf springs and all. It may be best to just replace them if it's wearing out tires or pulling funny.

Thanks Ted, that was definitely more helpful than the tampon machine response. I guess if there was a tampon machine there I could just keep stuffing more in between runs. Maybe it was a helpful response.

DSQ'd I'm good with but do you get to finish your other runs even though they won't count? I guess I could look back at the old sound records and see where my car started out.

What happens if a car is over 100db? I would like to remove a few of the 6 mufflers on mine.
