Re: 650# 2.5 coilover springs.
Post a picture of your setup so I have an idea what's going on here. If you have Ground Control sleeves or something similar (fat cat motorsports, etc), you don't need the adapters I gave you as they're already made for 2.5 springs. If you have Koni sleeves, they use 2.25 springs so you will need to...

Re: 650# 2.5 coilover springs.
Bob, the snow is probably going to keep me from meeting up today or anything. My DD miata is on RSR's and I don't feel like getting my BMW out from behind it. I'll give you a shout tomorrow if the weather is better.

Re: 650# 2.5 coilover springs.
Is it cool if I call you Friday morning? I work nights but I'm off from then til Sunday night. Don't want to call you when you're sleeping or at work. Also, what sleeves do you use, Cold beer? If you're using Koni sleeves, they're made for 2.25 springs but I have some Nylon adapters for the 2.5 spri...

Re: 650# 2.5 coilover springs.
I just want $50. I have a lot of money tied up in my current setup and just want to recoup some from selling the parts I don't need. At around half the price of new, I figure they would still be easy to resell if you don't like them.

Re: 650# 2.5 coilover springs.
Work won't let me off for the first event so I'm not sure if I'll be there or not. I think I'll have Lucas bring the springs there. Just leave the money with him.

Re: 2015 Season Points Standings
While it's probably my fault for not taking the time to prereg for this event, this makes me remember to never EVER let Paul Breitweiser do my registration.

Re: Stm tires
There's no issue in running 140's at all in my opinion. It's what the class wants and the 140 tires are no faster than the 200's. As I've always said the only problem might be if an STM competitor travels to another region. It might be likely that their rule is 200. Yeah, most of your more serious ...

Yeah we (the 7, ATSV, GC8, blue BRZ) I was really digging that GC8. https://scontent-ord1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-xft1/v/t34.0-12/11798441_10153534795114083_2108363798_n.jpg?oh=d2920be61b9d623982bb245b0e4cec2a&oe=55B9752E Caged, RPF1's, RS3's, nice seats, nice brakes. I'm assuming WRX swap?

I might be available to depending on weather. You know I'm afraid of rain though (as I can't fit in your car with the top on).90civichb wrote:No one has said anything to me about driving yet. So it's open as well.

Re: event 3 Smokie's if only running 1 day?
Wow. $60. I was expecting $40 like last year. I know it's a neat event with a unique scoring system and all and a once a year thing, but that's simply not worth it to drive on a bumpy lot that's inferior to PSCC.

Re: Event #2 in the Books
Just a little note before Final Results are up. I believe there was some confusion on Riley Hill and Taylor Stegor's runs. The numbers got switched. Riley was 17 and Taylor was 117.

Re: Mazdaspeed MX5 Wheel Size
A local guy (Andrew Burt) does pretty well with his MSM in STM with 225's on a 15x9. The only con is you'll make the horrible MSM gearing slightly worse than it already is. Expect to use 3rd gear a lot if you're not changing the diff out for something else (3.63 would be ideal for the 6 speed) and b...
