They do like more air. I don't run on them but I have run on the S04's and I know other people on the S05's. I would start at least 5psi higher than what you were running before. Another thing to keep in mind is that the S05's tend to like to run a whole lot cooler than the S03's. Unless you are on ...

Steve, are the Saturday night reservations at the Comfort Suites in Lebanon? Do they have a racer rate?
Yes and yes. I hope you made reservations already.

I would think the Saleen would be fine for SM since they are specifically allowed in BSP (a slower class).

I started watching F1 after Juan started running and proved he was capable of driving one well, as opposed to Michael Andretti and what Villneuve(sp?) has been doing lately.

I used to love watching Juan proceed to stomp the daylights out of anyone in a CART car.

Is the car specifically excluded in ST*? Assuming that it isn't and that the car isn't S/C'd, it'd fall within the displacement and wheel size requirements of STX. Regular fox body Mustangs (along with any n/a 94-ups) are STX legal. It isn't specifically excluded but Saleen did things to the cars t...

I know for a fact that the car would not go to STX. Maybe someone with a rulebook handy could look at STU. Since the Saleen isn't a car that was produced by Ford, the cars used to automatically go to BSP, just like the Firebird Firehawks. I don't know if there is an allowance to let the cars into ST...

Zipties, meet bumpstops. :(
Time to send those shocks off to have the bodies shortened. While you're at it, have them double-adjustableized, too.

Stock should be basically just that.....stock. All season street tires, OEM struts, etc. In my short time doing this I've had at least 5 people that were interested in trying this that never came because they knew their "stock car" wouldn't be competetive and they weren't willing to spend...

The Solo 2 rules are too complicated and I feel that the rules for turbocharged cars should be reworked....perhaps establish a power limit based on the class you are in. However you get the max power for the class is up to you.....and there are lots of ways to create power on a turbo car. Hmm, how ...

In theory, you might be correct on the restriction. However, I think you would have a hard time if there was a protest. It would be best if you had the stock scoop. Is it that hard to change to the stock part if you go to a divisional or national?

I have run there. It is much smoother than Gwinett Co and slightly larger. It isn't as grippy. Definitely worth going for. Be sure to pre-register. In their infinite wisdom, they will not allow you to run if you don't pre-register.
