Re: East Town Mall

According to the WVLT article: As of Oct. 31, 2019, Knoxville Partners owed 2018 and 2019 taxes in Knoxville. For 2018, according to the City of Knoxville, they owe $133,899.96. For 2019, which is not due until the end of February, they owe $115,431.00. Just a tad bit more than our site fund. :O Th...

Re: East Town Mall

I'll see if I can dig back up my contact (although I suspect she is probably looking for new employment right now). The pavement generally sucked - but its better than nothing. I have heard that the mall owes a lot of unpaid taxes to either the city or the county (or both). It might be worth investi...

Well run event, fun course everything seem to run pretty smoothly aside from the idiots trying to get on course from the entrance. Next time turn down the thermostat!

Re: Best shops for services (Alignment, Tire Mounting, etc.)

Anyone have any recommendation on where to go for a quick leak check and recharge of A/C system? E46 M3. Also, what part of knoxville has the highest rate of grand theft auto? Had good luck with Mr. Cool in West Knoxville with AC repairs in the non-german cars. I wouldn't take that M3 to East Knoxv...

Re: Chilhowee Park

If I recall the problem was that the company providing the water barriers was extremely unreliable and never showed up on time if at all.

Would love to get back there if they found a more reliable water barrier provider.

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

Late to this thread but FWIW I think 11+ E92M's have a lower rate of failure with rod bearings, mostly cars that are tracked or fed shit oil at max interval. 11+ dont have lead so the oil analysis wont tell you if theyre about to spin though. Rod Replacement is anywhere from 1800-3k depending on th...

Saturday Events

I'll start off by saying it - I'm a dumbass. I knew there was an event this weekend (I of course saw it was the 18th but assumed it was a Sunday as always), and I spent Saturday morning changing the oil in the Camaro and putting the mufflers back on. Of course when I finished I see on Facebook the f...

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

Since the board is slow, a State Trooper plowed into the 135 a couple of weeks ago and it is toast (part of the reason I missed the board meeting last week.) Back to Mustangs and M3s. BTW, after doing the kid thing with a two door for 8 months, it really isn't that hard. I get to flip the seat aroun...
