Re: Wilmington Report

I got the same reports from the SCR guys there. I heard the knockout stuff was a little confusing to allot of people...

I'm going to try to make the champ tour up there.

Live results sucked ... annoying to watch.

Re: Wilmington Report

google maps says roughly 4 1/2 hrs from Knoxville... is that about right?

I plan on hitting either the tour or pro up there... depends on the new job and how busy things are though.

I need concrete to remember what that's like for nats.

Re: Wilmington Match Tour

Good luck to all the ETR folks this weekend.

I'll be watching/listening from work on Saturday and checking live updates on Sunday.

I think there's at least 5-6 steel-cities members running this weekend as well. A couple in SSR, CS and SM.

Re: Work possibilities in the Knoxville Area

I guess it depends on the KIND of CAD you do....lol that and when I moved back to PA I moved back in with the folks for a while and then bought the car. Kim said I couldn't move until I paid the car off ( did that last year 6 mos early ) and I couldn't sell it to move down. So now it's paid... just ...

Re: PSCC not available May 25

This was brought up @ the ET Corvette club last night that we ARE supposed to be running @ PSCC but I told Kim that I hadn't heard just what was going on.

Any ideas yet?

Re: Work possibilities in the Knoxville Area

Work update:

I accepted an offer @ a fabricator that I was put in touch with thru here. Thanks again Aaron!

I start on 4/28 so while I won't be able to make the Bristol event ( moving stuff that weekend ) I'll be around for the rest of the season.

Re: Work possibilities in the Knoxville Area

LOL... I'm working on it. I had 2 interviews over the weekend and both went well. The 1st one went very well I think for both sides. I was offered a job later that day by them. Now we just need to kinda meet in the middle and tweak some things. I think it's a great opportunity. The 2nd one wasn't ba...

Re: FS: 1999 FRC Corvette

while I understand the logic... sorry to see it go... not the 1st or last FRC to get sold due to the street class re-org rules.

Re: Work possibilities in the Knoxville Area

Aaron... sent you a PM back. SDS/2 ( over 5 years ) is what I've been using in addition to over 20 years of autoCAD and board experience. Thanks! My headhunter called back this morning saying he's on the case, so I'll wait a little bit before contacting anyone directly as I don't want to double down...
