The trip is a pretty decent one. If driving during the day stop by Tamarack in WV. http://www.tamarackwv.com/ Their website is kinda gay but the place is very nice and a great place to stretch your legs midway. And yeah as for cops, in VA just do the speed limit and don't run a radar detector or jam...
