Re: OFFICIAL THREAD*** Solo in the Park (Chilhowee)

With sound being strictly enforced at this event can someone please let me know what db I have been hitting since the resonator install? I've not heard anything negative since the first event in it without the resonator... I would bet money your car won't pass. I was working the crossover at the la...

Re: SeDiv @ Smokies - July 25-27 - OFFICIAL Thread

I had a great time! The format was a fun change of pace but not the greatest for me since I'm never consistent. It just showed me I need to focus on getting fast runs from the start. Congrats to Brian Robbins on laying down some fast times. It's nice to have some competition in class and will help u...

I'm torn between driving home and back down the next day or staying the night. If anyone is interested in splitting a room, message me or post up here.

It was fun to have competition like you in the class. Looks like we both need to step it up to hang with them fast guys in the P class.

Re: Bristol event

I have a couple questions....Is this a charity event? I'm assuming so but the only reason I ask is because we usually register different for those events. If it is, will ride alongs be $10? I would love to be able to get a work assignment that would allow me to be available for ride alongs in other ...

Re: 2nd Event

Great event with great numbers again. Fun course, but I couldn't get my head out of my a$$. Also good to see every one that drove my car also beat me in it (NOT) Marcus really did an amazing job adjusting from his car to mine. Looking forward to cecil and to a great Bristol event. Lets keep the num...

Re: TODAY

Slightly off topic.... I had a great time up until working the 3rd heat and got a phone call about my parents being in a motorcycle wreck. That is an awful feeling being a couple hours away and hearing something like that. They are pretty banged up. My dad has two broke legs and mother has a broke t...

Re: STI/WRX Owners Beware (oil pickup tube)

I've read about this issue and thought about going with the killer b setup. It's a pricey piece but nothing compared to a new engine. Seeing those pictures make me paranoid and I believe I'll be ordering one soon. How bad was the install? Did you have to raise the engine some?

Re: 2013 Championship Jackets. read!

I'm not sure if I get one or not since I was the only one in my class for 6 or more events. It doesn't feel like I should since it's easy to win when you're the only one going for it. But if I do I'll take an XL.

How does this site compare to zmax? I've never been to zmax but thought of going to the next event. Now I'm debating on which to go to.

Re: 6/23 Bristol Epilogue

A couple of people have posted dynos on nasioc getting around 240-250 whp and right at 300lb ft. I think that was on an 08 (either 08 or 09 had a better turbo). Like Chris said the weight should be able to get close to 2900 maybe slightly higher.

Re: 6/23 Bristol Epilogue

Huge thanks to Joey Richardson. I had an awesome time and experienced some good memories....and some bad ones too (understeer and turbo lag) What a close finish and trading the lead back and forth was great. Based on pro results, I have to say I think an 06-07 2.5L WRX could get competitive i...
