Pending some unforseen work issue, I will try to be there.

I drive by the Redneck Resort every day on the way to/from work. It seems to be open sporatically. Some weekends it's open, most it is not. You can tell by the amount of mud on Hwy 68

Avoid vettes at all cost IMHO. Did you check with your neighbors to see if they lost anything? Maybe DSL?
Does your new house have a sprinkler system?
