Taylor White aka Five Rivers Electronic Innovations LLC is in Greeneville, up I-81 about an hour nor'east from downtown Knoxville. I'll get with Dave D on some directions and map. There are several fast food and sit down restuarants within a mile or so of the site, and they say we can use the restro...

RE: Comcast As of 5pm I've not been able to reach our Comcast contact. Hopefully he will respond to voice mail and I will get the full scoop Monday. The message he left is that the new General Manager who took over in June nixed all further autocross events on their lot. We'll see if a face to face ...

What a nice screw-up I did - 4 event chairmen for 1 date!! John Brown is the event chair for the June 27th event at Oak Ridge Mall. Back in the May meeting John let us know that he needed to swap out the June 6th event he was originally scheduled to chair, and I plugged him in as the chairman at the...

Anyone heading up to Tri-cities this week??
If you happen to be traveling up to Tri-cities this week, perhaps you could help fix a small problem left over from the Elizabethton event. It turns out that we picked up a large cone that belonged to the parking lot owner - it's used to cover a plumbing stub that sticks up from surface near their f...

Thanks for offering help Chad. Three or four of us are heading up late Sat afternoon to get the course set up, so I think we have that covered. If you'd like to come early Sun - around 8-8:30 we could use the help to get registration setup, waivers signed, direct traffic, etc. You can call me at 865...

ETR vs. SCCA stickers
Wayne has a new supply of SCCA stickers. When we clean out the trailer this weekend we'll confirm how many ETR stickers we have in stock, and order more if needed. Cliff Gibbs will be our Registration Chairman for 2004, so if you need ETR stickers before the first event please contact him after this...

GCR & Solo II rule books
Wayne,
I ordered my GCR from Bear Promotions Monday so I won't need one on the club order - they're now saying they hope to have them available right after the 1st. I suggest we start with 30 Solo II rule books.
Happy Holidays,
Dick Hancock
