Re: Chattanooga Points #7 9-21-14
I don't know if a high pressure water line would help the jetport, it may be like JB said that it will take time to knock off the rough edges that are breaking up and creating the dust that just gets pushed down in the low spots and makes for some very slick surfaces.

Re: Chattanooga Points #7 9-21-14
Front lower control arms rear bushing cracked and I thought the vibration was just bedding in the new brake pads as JB and I was headed to chatty trying to catch up to Lin we were going 1 or 2 mph over the speed limit and lets just say if the wheel had fallen off it would have not been pretty at tha...

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
If you want just one sway bar and not the package deal from Sam, he will find you what you want, just call him and tell him what you are trying to achieve and he will probably know exactly what you need.

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
If I ran my car in AS, I can change shocks/springs and one sway bar and have to run factory wheels, any other changes that I am missing? I would change the rear bar. Now other than wide wheels a watts link and both bars and lighter seats I am basically the same. Not much difference if you have ever ...

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
To be as close in size and weight as the mustang and camaro are that is two different ways to get the car to turn. If you do go bigger in the rear sway bar keep us posted as to how the car likes that. I'm curious as to the outcome of a bigger bar as I am sure that it is a stiffer bar as well.

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
I have had 4 rear sway bars on my car, the stock one and a bigger stiffer eibach one and a stiffer adjustable one and now the tubular adjustable one. The tubular adjustable one on full soft made a huge difference, more so than any other change I have made to my car. If you haven't been in a heavy re...

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
Wisdom don't make the rear rotate, what u suggest Steve will not work on my car, if he can change both then yeah go bigger in the front, but if he can only change one then he needs to change the rear and that is what strano suggested that I do.... and it worked

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
Bigger front bar changes on big heavy cars just make them push more, I think Dewitt can also attest to how much the rear adjustable rear bar helped his car. Grant Williams from chatty bought my other adjustable rear bar and on his mustang it made a huge difference in how the car rotated. You can get...

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
You can change one bar and it is your choice to which one you change. On mustangs you need to change the rear. I would think it is probably about the same on the chevy also.

Re: Driving Frustration Setting In
Nah, most rear bars are solid and very stiff. Tubular adjustable bar on full soft is the best one change I made to my car.
