We've done it with autocross before and it was almost universally despised. I completely understand why they do it for RallyX though. Autocross doesn't have the problem of the course evolving as the day goes on.

Im worried about aluminite or any other corrugated material due to having bolt thru attachments.. Its gonna crush. NOt to mention the skid plate qualities may be less than a solid material I'm sure the skidplate qualities would be unacceptable. However, I've riveted the splitter support brackets to...

Get Alumilite from Total Plastics in Alcoa behind West Chevrolet. Pretty easy folks to get along with. That's where Jim and I got ours from a couple years ago. I don't remember the price.

Generally, if the rules don't specifically authorize you to remove something, you're not allowed to. Especially in Street and Street Touring classes.

Timing needs a minimum of 2 per heat, 3 is preferred. I'll be training some people this year, so hopefully I'll have a larger list of people to pull from. Just curious, why is a removable hitch necessary? Also, how will it stay up when the hitch is removed since the jack is on the removable part?
