We've done it with autocross before and it was almost universally despised. I completely understand why they do it for RallyX though. Autocross doesn't have the problem of the course evolving as the day goes on.mattschilds wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 9:03 am OK so the every run counts thing is cool, but its going to be hard to get used to.

Re: Hypothetical Question
Good to see you out last weekend, Nick. I'm not sure about the rules for Street Class in reference to making one legal car into another legal configuration. Re: Splitter Material..
Im worried about aluminite or any other corrugated material due to having bolt thru attachments.. Its gonna crush. NOt to mention the skid plate qualities may be less than a solid material I'm sure the skidplate qualities would be unacceptable. However, I've riveted the splitter support brackets to...

Get Alumilite from Total Plastics in Alcoa behind West Chevrolet. Pretty easy folks to get along with. That's where Jim and I got ours from a couple years ago. I don't remember the price.

Re: Catalytic Converters - Street Touring Class
Generally, if the rules don't specifically authorize you to remove something, you're not allowed to. Especially in Street and Street Touring classes.

Re: Number of workers needed for an event - Chiefs please read
Timing needs a minimum of 2 per heat, 3 is preferred. I'll be training some people this year, so hopefully I'll have a larger list of people to pull from. Also, we need to come up with a list of corner captains. In the past, there have been some people who would've been better suited to a different ...

Re: Command Center Progress
Just curious, why is a removable hitch necessary? Also, how will it stay up when the hitch is removed since the jack is on the removable part?
