It seems like they're everywhere until you start looking for a specific model/options/price. You'll find one soon. Of course, two weeks after you buy one, you'll see two or three of what you were looking for -- at least that's the way it went for me :?.

You know how I roll. Once you go black...
That green is as hard to keep clean as black. You'd be just as miserable with it. Besides, all real roadsters are green!

I have driven the later model Miatas. The issue is not head room at all, it is the steering wheel. In the newer Miatas, it drags against my legs, whereas it doesn't in the older ones. Had trouble with this in both. I've been using a CG Lock to pull my azz way back in the seat & it opens up the ...

So now that you have the 99 are you planning on selling the 90? Do you need a four door turbo Mazda? :D Nope... got a four door turbo VW. My daughter has the 90 now. She's out of town this weekend so that's how I've got access to it Sunday. They're easy to find especially if you're looking for a ba...

Chris, are you sure you can't fit as well in a '99+ vs 1st gen? My '99 seems much roomier than the '90. My helmet hits the soft top in the '90 but clears (just) in the '99. The interior door panels are also scalloped in the later cars - they feel roomier to me. I'll have my '90 at the next event (no...

Mine set closed up in the garage -- no smell here. I did put them on the car for a couple of days when I first got 'em but just events since then.

I like Mark's suggestion. While it's great there's a gate to control access, it's not very exciting to work it (especially when Volvo's are blowing up and what not). Paddock monitor would probably suck more. Since you have to have a member working the gate (two people were not too many at this spot)...

I don't think they do. That's why they're so buzzy. From what I've read, It's not a critical problem until you get close to 2.5 liters or so. Mitsubishi has a patent on vibration cancellation in large displacement 4 cylinder engines. More info here. I cracked the fuel rail on my 944 a few years ago ...

Back to your original question and its premise --- for harmonics to be an issue with anything, doesn't the natural resonance frequency of the object have to be multiple or even dividend of the original frequency? Anything that's rotating (like a crank shaft) is going to have a resonant frequency at...
