of course you have to realize that the suspension on the '90 was set up to run that road. I cannot wait to start on the "new" '90 to do sort of the same thing. Have fun but be safe.

Wow, that is good price at Helmetcity. For those of you who think that you may upgrade in the future, you should probably get a SA2000 helmet but as a bare bones helmet, that is tough to beat. Of course, how much is your head worth?

Try Racerwholesale for helmets. The region has authorized purchase of more loaner helmets and we might be able to include yours in the order. I would make sure that you get 2000 or newer helmet since the certification is only good for 10 yrs(in other words, 1995 helmet may be good for SCCA for 2 mor...

I talked with Chatt Region about holding a rally cross and their recommendation was to look at parking lot or such at race track. How about the lot at Atomic Speedway or the motocross track nearby? Does anyone know the owners, etc? The prime issues are lack of trees or jumps. Find a place and it wil...

Not my area but not a bad idea. I know that we did one event yrs ago with a circle in the middle so that we could play with G-analyst. The full schedule should now be online and there is a T&T day and school listed.

Probably not. We may be changing sites for that event and the new site is available Sun only. Unfortunately most of our sites are Sunday only. If you want to run for ETR points you are allowed to miss an event without point penalty. Do the school and you will be more competitive in the other ETR eve...

You do not need a Solo II rule book to run local events but if you plan to take advantage of the annual tech program(in which case the book will be your proof of tech) or run in other regions, you may need one. Of course if you are ever protested or determined to be illegal, it is not a defense that...

As stated before, I am offering the Thurs nite deal to allow for anyone that needs immediate books. Books will also be available 1) at the Feb meeting, 2) by special arran...

Ok, so the demand is definitely present. What do you think of my idea to set up a distribution point so that maybe the majority of y'all can pick up the books and then I just have to make special arrangements with a few. Maybe Thurs nite inWest Knox at 7pm. I will be at Jeckyl Island picking up JB's...

Solo(and other) Books are here!

Just to let everyone know that the book order came in today. I'll try to figure out a distribution plan and let everyone know so that they dont have to buy a book from another region. We might just set up a night at Mancino's or other place for interested parties to meet and exchange $$ for rule boo...
