What I had in mind was setting up the timer through different "common" obstacles (launching, slaloms, c boxes, sweepers, offsets, 180s, etc.) and doing segment times for each. Because what feels fast isn't necessarily the fastest way. This is what I would interested in. What would the dif...

Kumho V-710 Question

Hey guys,
I am examining my options for next season, and race tires are a must have. I am considering V-710s - For those w/ experience, will I be able to drive them to and from events, or will I wear them too quickly? Can I expect to get a full season out of a set of these tires? Thanks!

I just wanted to second everything said. This was my first season with the ETRSCCA, but it won't be my last. Thanks for some great races, and friendly competition. I'll definately be back next year. BTW, when does "next year" usually start, anyway :?: ? Thanks again!

Yeah, I don't have any problem w/ the no scooter rule, I have seen it happen at a couple of events and wanted to check before I went out and blew some cash. FWIW I would still like to have ride alongs at the events. As a noob, it does come in handy to be able to learn from some of the other drivers ...

Skateboards and scooters on walkthrough...

Hey, I have noticed at the last two events that skate boards have been used during the walkthrough of the course. That looks like a good way to get a sense of speed for the corners. Before I go out and plunk down some cash on a scooter (or something similar), is this allowed by the rules? Thanks!

Awesome event yesterday. I was impressed Tony, that you were able to get such a fast course in such a confined area. That may have been my last event - school will probably prevent me from going to OR again. If thats the case, thanks for a great first season, and I am looking forward to next year!

Here is a shot in the dark: You may want to contact Grayson BMW.

My folks recently purchased a 2003 M3, and the sales man mentioned that they had to replace two of the chrome wheels b/c they had been scratched.

Corner Guide

I know I have seen some people on the board complain about corner workers. I found this on sccaforums, and thought that it might be useful:
