Yup. One owner 2008 135i with 56,000 miles on the odo. Only negative I've found on her is an open Takata air bag recall.

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I let the M3 go - too many issues. I settled on this secretary special out of Texas - should be here in a week or so. Its supposed to have hair dryers under the hood or something. At least its black. https://scontent.fbna1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/34509128_10...

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

Classic car advice thread. Literally everyone with kids and some without were like "forget the two door". LOL I don't listen. Honestly, I appreciate the advice but when I was kid our family cars were: 1) 1978 Camaro w/ a 350; 2) 1980 Buick Skyhawk; 3) 1983 Olds Cutlass Calais; 4)1985 Olds...

Re: CPA Help

Isn't James Baker one? I share a floor with one and he does good work, but he is not cheap.

Yeah, that price contemplated that.

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

Have you considered the Cadillac CTS with manual transmission. A friend bought one several years ago to replace his corvette daily driver and loved it. I was a nice ride but gas millage was not great. They are on my radar screen but hard to find. Edit: the V model anyway. My mother has a 14-15 cts ...

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

It's even worse. Run away. Fwiw, my pick would be a 6spd e90 328i, but I don't mind having <300hp. DCT seems reliable if you keep up with fluid changes, every 50k I think. I still prefer 6spds, though. SMG is terrible....drives like your girlfriend who lied and said she knew how to drive stick. 10-...

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

The s65 rod bearings should be done every 80k unless you REALLY like pain. Otherwise, the cars are pretty solid and a lot of fun. I'd probably steer you towards an LCI e90 335. The n55 seems a lot more solid than the n54, but there are still the typical "German" issues to consider. You re...

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

no gear hunt in the 6.4s.. totally different programming. but if ya wanna shift in a DD... do it. :) This. I have owned both a 5.7 and a 6.4, both with the 8 speeds. They act like completely different transmissions. The 6.4 almost knows exactly what gear you want to be in. But if you really hate au...

Re: e92 M3 / 6th Gen Mustang Questions

I've only had to deal with kid seats here and there when I'm tasked with keeping the godson alive for a few hours at a time, but no way I'd want to deal with that in a two door car. I willing to deal with the pain. I'd jump at a Charger but they don't make them with manual transmissions. I could li...
