Why so many black flags...? Your driver's fault, mechanical, or others on the track?

I feel your pain... I have a slight shimmy in the steering wheel (and there only) that I can feel at highway speeds, and is more noticeable at ludicrous track speeds. Not the tires or wheels, though. Whats the difference between Time Trial and Time Attack? is it a east coast-west coast thing.. :D IIRC, TA is just you, the track, and the clock. Pilot at Walker Springs had E85 as of a few months ago. I have no experience with actual ethanol content, unfortunately.
