You have the right idea. You might want to take a notebook and a pencil in case you want to write down any notes. Most people don't take notes but it might be useful.

I assume that is who Mark is talking about.

I'm pretty sure you couldn't run a Fairmont in ESP since I don't think they ever put a V8 in one. I think you would be ok in CP and I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem in SM.

I'll bet if we just brain stormed a little bit,we could come up with several cars to rally in. Seems like East Tn Race Prep had a couple of cars that would do nicely...and pretty cheap too.One was John Shirleys TR8 and a TR7. I call dibs on driving the TR8!

The Chattanooga area guys have always said they would be happy to help put on a rallycross up here. If time allows, I would help but I would also need a co-drive arrangement.

Re: PlastiLine -- No Go

BTW there is a site off of Watt Rd that might work for rally cross if anyone wants to pursue it. I have not seen it but I understand it is bare dirt. I am Chairman for the autocross effort, not rally cross. Before jumping on this, someone will need to agree to do some real work organizing an event ...

I have been watching also. Usually, it takes him some time to get them posted. I haven't seen anything at all from the previous weekend which makes me think he hasn't had a chance to get them up yet.

That would be your best bet for the intermediate drivers. Most of us (regular instructors) are good about making sure you know the basics but the Evo schools will take you to the next step after you get the basics.
