That's the ticket! The only thing I'd change is to blow the coolant out of the old core before cutting. Makes for a lot less mess.

One of the tubes has a section of heater hose clamped in and the other one is a solid copper tube that goes through the firewall. Just cut this tube and take the core out through the inspection cover. Then you cut the new core in the same location and splice it together with a small piece of heater ...

Course workers said the second slalom cone at the end. If you watch at :43 in the video, you turned in DAMN hard on it but that's nothing conclusive.

I liked the fact that this format forced me to make big changes in my driving. Previously I could take a run and use it to focus on one specific element that I thought I could do better knowing that I could worry about other elements in later runs. Only having 3 runs really forces you to think throu...

You could probably get more if you had more pimptastic shocks.

We've got 65 pre-registered. That's pretty high compared to the rest of the year. I think that says more about the excitement over the different format than anything else. Hope turn-out is great tomorrow.

Saw this and couldn't help but think of you:

1.) The number is cool. The only other car using #93 is in a different class so there's no problem. If you still want to change it when you get there, just tell registration and they can take care of it easily. 2.) The modified rear suspension will put you in a different class. Great idea. I remember we did this once before and it was a real time-saver. Won't hurt to save a little time while trying the new format.
