How many races do you have to attend to count in the year end points. Just trying to plan my year.

Does anyone know the schedule and what it takes to run the divisionals. I am going to try to race some this year if I get back from Iraq.

I know that you are supose to have a copy of the rule book with you. I downloaded it and burn it to disk. Would that count at a national event.
