Minutes from November 2021 approved – Ryan 1st Ted 2nd – passed unanimously
Treasurer report
• Specific dollar amounts only included in the Treasurer’s report.
• Updated report, BMS had held some checks that hadn’t hit our bank yet.
• Report accepted. 1st John Brown, 2nd Paul McFall. Passed
Rally X Report
• Last event had 19 attendees with a shootout at the end.
• Working on schedule for 2021.
• Working on timing improvements. Mike Detota donated a display.
• Need some “new” used cones from Solo.
Solo Report
• Several ETR members headed to Dixie for last national of the year.
• Might not be able to run BMS in early 2021 due to dirt track prep.
• Need jacket sizes for Championship winners.
• Might have someone to assist with paving at Bristol.
Hillclimb Report
• No report

• We have a full board for 2021.
• Possible incentive plan for event entries using funds normally reserved for banquet in early 2021.
