Jim, just looked at the raw results and not only do you have to wear the skirt again, but man a CS Miata got you to. What's up with that...lol

I couldn't be more proud of Ariel's progress as a driver. I told her when she started driving the cobra, I would have the advantage for the 1st couple of years, but as she got more experience in the car I expected her to start beating me.... Still: I'm not gonna make it easy for her; maybe need an evo school or two

As for the CS Miata beating me: well, I think it might have been a different story if I could have used more than half throttle, somewhere, I don't want a drag strip but damn, having thought about it I might have been faster in 1st gear, it's starting to feel like Good Guys courses lately...

Not the course, but the surface in this case. It was slick, so it was hard to get through the sweepers. I know I pushed through them all.

The first group of offsets right out of the start were 60 feet, offset the "good way". The second row of offsets were about 80 feet. The straight 4 cone slalom was 70.

I was flat thru the saloms in a 3200 lb GS car with plenty of power and rev limiting thru them..

Not just this last course Chris: it has felt like a trend this year. Maybe due to my higher power band but still, I used to be able to punch it every now and then. Not so much this year. I think I just need to start running more national events....
