**Registration Issues Last Event November 6th**

Last event...figures...Seems like this morning I noticed an issue with the registrations that have been entered in the past few days for the last event at Pellissippi on November 6th. You can still go through the registration process but assignments (class/PAX/vehicle/car#) are not showing up. I've been doing it manually. I have sent a message to MSR until then you can still go through the registration process with no problem. I'll make the needed changes manually until it's fixed.

That happened to one of the Rallycross events way back when.. no clue what was the cause or the solution. If you have anything else I can not be of help with.. let me know.

I signed up 3 days ago.. still not showing up on the MSR page. Got a confirmation email though..

What its doing is giving people a choice between

Member Registration
Non-Member Registration
Class Selection

and you can choose only one. So, if you do class selection and pick your class, number, etc. it kicks you back out and says you have to choose a payment level... if you choose member it lets you register, but without having entered any class info.

I went ahead and fixed mine for ya, but I don't know why its doing that.

Paul - did you clone a previous event or start from scratch? The registration form setup is not the same as other past events.

Chris...After I noticed the problem I had to leave the house this morning and couldn't spend anytime checking it out. So, looks like the problem was in the form layout? I always clone a previous event then go in and check the form to make sure it's good. This is my issue ... why did it work correctly with the people who registered before 10/24 and those who registered after 10/24 that's when I noticed we had a problem the form was different???? Right now there are 27 attendees but only 12 with assignments I'll get those fixed today.

Not sure. It's easy to accidentally drag those fields around and when you do, they autosave. Let me know what MSR says about it. I can't imagine they would have changed on their own, but anything is possible.

I manually fixed those registrations before 10/24 so all assignments are fixed everyone shows up on the entries list all the people who register now should not have any issues...

I logged in as admin yesterday to look for a reserved number report as a new autocrosser was asking me about the number he wanted to use. I couldn't find a report so I gave up and just looked at our results for the year. Pretty sure I didn't change anything... didn't go anywhere near the event setup stuff, just reports.

Dave...Shouldn't have anything to do with today's issue. However in the future if someone has a registration/MSR/Number issue just refer them to me. I can easily fix or correct any reserved number issues. I also might add ...in the off season I plan on going through all the reserved numbers as many members have 5 or more reserved numbers under different classes and cars and clean it up.
