How much you selling for?
I hope you're asking for a third party. Haven't you had some recent issues keeping a small under powered car off the islands?

I guess I should wait and make sure nothing else close comes up but I don't have time to travel to events much further than Pelli for a while.

WOW... :(

I'm joking. I'll sell anything to anybody for the right price. If you would be interested I'll give you dibs. Was a schedule for next year nailed down at the meeting on Tuesday? Any leads on a new lot?

Sucks that we'll be out of town. Might be back in time to at last stop by.

Can't say I'm surprised. I've been talking about this for a few years. Even started a thread about having a place to call home when pscc went away. Still sucks.

I agree.. Don't be a dick and burn a bridge

I thought of it and looked on google maps and from there it looks like there's too many islands. I'll take a drive by and see in person since I'm close by.

I registered for the last event online and I have now forgotten how much the events cost.

How much is this event so I can make sure to have enough cash on hand to cover the registration?

I haven't been to the Borla site, but that lot is small at maybe 400x500 and very cracked looking at the map. But it's open, without islands in the middle and only six light poles. Can't hurt to visit and ask.

Sad news, I wish my car was compliant so that I could run the final event there... oh well. If there is anything I can do to help locate or inspect an option let me know. One thing that does come to mind is the old K-25 area could have some big empty lots ... could even run at night without lights :).

Is K25 a possibility?

So do you actually need to be a national member of the SCCA to race locally?

I am a member already and will continue to be because I believe in supporting organizations that support me. But if that is the case then it is even cheaper for someone to at least get a taste of it to see if they like it. I might try to get a few more people to come out and race by offering to pay their $35 entry.

As I have been getting my $500 beater Mustang ready for tomorrow I have been telling people I talk to about how much fun this is. A lot of people who I have talked to do not realize how inexpensive it can be to race.

You do have to be a member. The weekend membership covers that, or if you are going to race more than a few times a year, it makes more sense to just join.
