jcox07 wrote:We will need help on the waiver table after the runs are over with and before they start. During the run groups, people are assigned that as a work assignment, but we are responsible for all other times when the event is running. We will need a lot of help with that since it will be a 5 day event. So if you can help with that after the runs or before the runs, please post up when you will be available. The event will start Friday morning with the evo school and the test n tune will start probably at 11 am and we will be responsible for the gate all day on Friday. Thanks JY

Edit: I know it is a while off, but I would like a list who can work the gate during non running times so we can get with you closer to time to set up times to work the gate.
We will be there Thursday night thru the whole event so we can help out at the gate and/or T&T ticket sales as needed.

I'm getting some good response from the first promotion I sent out over the weekend in other regions for our back to back tours in July. Lot's of interest.

If I could only make one of them, which would be the best?

Competition wise the champ tour and bang for your buck match tour: The champ tour will have 100 more drivers which will be more in class and match tour you get more runs for the entire event. You can win contingency at both events as well, so it is really up to you and when your schedule will allow you to be there.

We will be talking about our national events at BMS at the banquet as we will need support for the waiver table during non competition runs that we will have to staff the waiver table on Friday all day and Saturday morning till runs starts and Saturday evening after runs are over and same thing on Sunday and Monday and Tuesday. We will all need to coordinate who is working the gate when and each person will need a phone number list with them at the gate in case you need to run to the bathroom. I would like only 1 person when allowable at the table so we can rotate people out and have enough people to work the gate. This will be our biggest concern for the event during non running timed participation. Thanks JY
