If 16" clears and legal, I have some 14# Spin Werks 16 x 7 and 15# Kosei 16 x 7 with 5 on 120 BMW hubcentric wheels just going on the market. If I recall, the 16"s worked on my ZHP as a test a few years ago. Also some of the bimmer forums talk of use of "some" 16" wheels that do clear e36 M3 brakes.

Have you tried CCW? They make 2 & 3 piece wheels with 5 X 120 bolt pattern. I have set ordered for my Porsche 911, it has 5 X 120 bolt pattern. The race version of their classic wheel is drilled to lighten both center and rim. Takes about 2 lb per wheel off. Will likely get you close to your target.
