Most of our elements are national style elements and our courses are no different except smaller due to smaller lots.

entry and exit speeds and the ability to maintain that momentum is the biggest differences at National Events.

only Bristol allows that

I can see how it is a smaller scale of things for a bigger car with power, but it is a totally different experience in an ES (or STS) car, IMO. The ES winner only broke once on Sunday up to the turn around. I want to say that I did the same, but I don't know for certain.

I would say that's probably true. I broke twice....very very slight tap to get the car into the very first element (could have probably lifted) and then the kink.

I broke at the first element on the first run, but I was flat through there on 2 and 3 after watching Jonathan Roberts rape the limiter. I may or may not have broke for both turns leading into the bump. I told Eric Peterson that I only broke once there and I tried to, but I may have done a confidence brush going in. Jonathan Roberts definitely didn't brake there.

I broke many times... Many. Possibly why I was slow. Averaged 4.3 seconds slower that strano.

Bristol last year for the tour was a hoot. This was that, but times 10. That's not knocking John's course...he did awesome. This course was just that much fun.

Looks like I have enough vacation to do both the pgh and Peru tours. Not going to be in town for the Bristol one this year.
