With just about 3 weeks out time to check in. Anything I've missed please fill in.


Event Chair - Jeff Cox

Timing Chief - Brian Robbins

Novice Chief - Jim Simmons / Ariel Robbins

Reg Chief - Paul B.

Grid Chief - Steve Vrooman

Waiver Chief - Lin Cox

Worker Chief - JR Newman

Timing Workers - Ben Keefer / Victoria Wright / Dave Rogers / Dave Disney

Grid Workers - Deonna Carranza / Mike Koty

Sound - Ted Visscher

Audit - ???

Registration Workers - Randy Adkins / Michael Plaster / Steve Rife / Lisa Bowie

Safety Stewards - Scott Gibson

Set Up / Breakdown - Jeff Jones / Bob Colbert

Junior Kart - ???

Announcers - ???

Ted I remember Jeff Jones wanting to learn timing setup. He stated he would take on this position if trained.

If Jeff Jones wants to learn bobs job with timing setup that's fine with me. I can learn worker jerk if no one else wants to . I am planning on being at all events this year.

Workers isn't too hard, but you do have to keep them motivated and accounting for key positions is the hardest part. I'm going to make a spreadsheet to help with that. It can be printed out at the event.

That's fine with me, I think I can do it. Just want to make sure Jeff is helping Bob so we don't leave him hanging.
Which if all else fails I can do both for the first event since the two jobs do not overlap, but I don't want to make a habit of it.
