Unfortunately I will miss the April 2nd event my battery without warning on my pacemaker is just about dead. I will be headed to Tenova at Turkey Creek on Tuesday for surgery. The registration team has been notified Steve Rife will take charge and we should have a full crew on hand. Hope I will be able to make the next one.

Paul, don't they make a cigarette plug adapter you could wire in to power that thing?

Good luck, hope the replacement goes smoothly!!

I read that incorrectly the first time and missed the part about it being a pacemaker, initial thought was along the lines of "how complicated is it to replace the battery in the FRS?" Second reading cleared things up. Hoping for a speedy recovery Paul. D-Street will miss you Sunday.

Thanks Ben...yeah it gets harder as Sunday is almost here it will be my first missed event in 4 seasons. Hope you all have a great day and some good competition times I'll be following live timing see how the new tires and wheels work out.
