Car classification 2006 corvette
Planning on registering for the August 6th solo event and I'm unsure the class I need to be in. Car is a 2006 Corvette Z06 only modifications are intake and exhaust. Stock size tires with >300 tread wear. Thank in advance.
Re: Car classification 2006 corvette
Your intake, assuming it is something more than just a filter replacement, puts you out of A-Street (AS). Your exhaust might also put you out of stock class if it is more than just a cat-back replacement.
I'd suggest coming to play with us in CAM-S or trying STM. CAM-S is a modern American muscle car class with most modifications acceptable. You just need to be on >200 treadwear tires. STM (a local region class, not national) is similar, but anything goes as long as you're on >200 TW tires.

So I would be in the novice CAM-S?

Yes NCAMS will be the class letters plus your car number
