Post by jcox07 »

The 2018 national schedule is out for all national events, pro, match, champ tours. Pick em and post up the ones you will try and make.

I think it's a big mistake putting 4 events in March like that.

We're thinking about doing both FM events and skipping dixie, taking a little vacation between the two FM events.

Mine is looking about the same of what I'd like to do. With the exception of Spring Nats. I'm entertaining that one though since it's a holiday weekend. But the long drive right now has me on the fence.

Same, though I may dump something to do an arrive and drive somewhere different.

...and I'm doing Milwaukee if they get a Tour.

What is it about St. Patrick's day? The Sebring Twelve Hour, SCCA Majors at Road Atlanta and the Dixie Champ Tour are all on that date.

I've only done it once, but it was my favorite event of the year.

Tentatively:

Ft. Myers MT
Ft. Myers Pro
Spring Nats
Toledo Pro
Bristol Double
Toledo Champ
Nationals

edit: this would be the definite schedule if either A) the FM Match was a champ or B) I wasn't so hooked on Dixie.

Sure just push me over that fence Steve....lol. I can also get a twofer out of it with a Pro and Champ on same trip and it's a practice on the surface for Nationals since I've never been there. See I've already bout got myself talked into it....

Well, I also just realized we have our #1 event in Bristol on Mar 4, so, maybe I'll do the FM Pro and Dixie instead.

I'll be at dixie for sure. Just the big question came up as to what I'll drive.
Kim is thinking of going and if so we'll take the camper and stay on site... But she won't drive the corvette down, so if that was the case, I'd have to find a co drive.
Our I just go myself and drive the corvette.

I'll do the pgh match as well.
