I hope to compete in my first event this match in Bristol and while reading the rules I came across the roll bar rule for convertibles. My car has glass ttops and I was unclear on where I would fall in the rules as to wether I will need to install one or not. Also I admit to being slightly slow but what class will I be in with a basically stock car with Koni yellow shocks and 1 1/4” progressive drop springs. Thanks for the help.

Welcome! We'll help you figure it out.
I'm going to guess a 90's MR2? No problem running without the T-tops.

We will need to know a few more details on the car. Year, make, model, forced induction, any other lil mods and tread wear rating of the tires . Less than 200 will be in Street Prepared, 200 or over could be in Street Tourin g

Even convertibles don't have to worry about rollbars until they get to the categories that don't have "street" in the name.

Thanks for the help. I didn’t think it would matter I just wanted to make sure befor I got there. It’s a 91 Mr2 n/a model. Only current mods other than the shocks and springs are a pod air filter and speakers and amp, which I’ll remove before hand. My wheels and tires are the stock 14’s with H rated tires.
