I need a sign in list for anyone thats planning on helping Sat morning at Smokeys. JY and myself will be there around 630 setting up course.
Its to be over around 130-200 pm

Over 100 cars are signed up for the car show that needs to be in the upper lot,so they can watch the AX.. around 35 pre entered for the AX.

Hey JB who is bringing timing computer. I can run timing but haven't loaded it up before. Or are we doing simple timing with score board display only. We can to manual time sheets if they want recorded times.

hmmm... I suppose that needs addressed. we need the full Monty on timing.

I thought about that last night.. and will the ETR Live Timing thing be up and running?

And We have to have waivers signed just like its an ETR event??

Yes waivers will have to be signed and did anyone put in for the sanction and Insurance for this event, if not we need to do that asap. and the mifi will be there for live timing but not sure who can make that work.

Are we going to hold them to a certain number of runs or are we giving them between X time and X time run what you can?
