We don't have any dry erase boards anymore.

If they expect to be able to know who is fast and who to beat, we will need the full timing setup so we can run live timing. Also, an announcer will be important to have and there isn't a lot to talk about without the announce client running on the second computer.

How many runs will our timing software/live timing handle? I ask cause with doing a run till you drop format they'll probably have more than we typically put into the system with only 35 or so registered.

We can always have someone write down car numbers and times and go from there.
Edit: I have some sheets ready to go for writing down the times if we need to do that to keep up with their times.

There is a max number of runs per car that AXware can handle. I think it is 20, but don't hold me to that.

As far as I know, Brian has the laptops.

I don't mind to do announce. I can read the announce client and I can set up the actual timing equipment less computers and stuff. I have never done anything with axware or MSR.

With two people recording times we can update a top 10 fastest times board. If we don’t have a board we can cut slips and tap to side of trailer. This might be a time where we put someone at finish to give post it notes with their times. That way they have a recorded time and they don’t have to come up to trailer to see all there times.

I’ll bring a stack of post its with me just in case we want to do that. Also some sharpies for making slips.

If we do two post it notes on each run we can use those as a top 10 and just move them when someone gets into the top ten.
